    Processing

• The building set is made of high-quality ABS bricks compatible with other building brands.
• The amount of details is simply breathtaking. Everything is designed to make the house interesting not only from the outside but also inside.
• The building is divided into so-called modules. On the ground floor is the Central Perk café, on the first floor an apartment with a balcony, and the top floor features a romantic terrace.
• The interiors of the model are thought out in detail – the famous couch, flowers, mugs, cake, mirror, paintings, and more.

 Lighting

• The set also includes a lighting module powered by a battery box.
• Two lighting wires with LED diodes brighten up the café’s interior and give the building the right atmosphere.
• The battery box requires 3x AAA batteries (batteries not included).

 Dimensions

• The assembled house measures 26 cm in length, 26 cm in width, and 32 cm in height.

1. Insert only batteries of the same type into the battery box.
2. Ensure correct polarity when installing the batteries.
3. Never recharge disposable batteries.
4. First unscrew the battery box cover, then insert 3x AAA batteries with the correct polarity, place the cover back, and screw it in again.
5. Do not mix old and new batteries.
6. Do not leave depleted batteries in the battery box.
7. Never short-circuit the batteries or the battery box.
8. The battery box requires 3 AAA batteries.
9. Do not dispose of used batteries in household waste, but take them to designated collection points.
10. Do not use electronic components if they are damaged.
11. For cleaning, use a soft dry cloth or an anti-static duster.
